Dude, Anzac
Anzac: Take a breath and a moment for those who shouldered society's shortcomings and gave the sacred, binding blessing of their life for the present we enjoy.
A voluntary attempt to overcome unnecessary obstacles is provided this day. Not all days and moments are inspired, but they all grow together and become memories. We long for an inspired moment: a brilliant pass, an open frame, a dink of a header. We have had 5 games together as a team and lots of combinations; we have the will and skill to link together, providing an easy pass. We need to look for each other, link up and be. An emerging truth is: learn how to work hard, show up, provide value, and people will give you more hard work. The pitch is the same: hustle back, short pass, make a man miss, and the game flows. The return pass after a little move is the easy answer: play the way you face, make many quick 3-5 yard passes, no drama, and have a shot. We face worthy adversaries today; they may not expect much of us, but if we play together and play our game, we will enjoy the day.
Regret for a better showing, a longing for a W or being pulled into their long ball game is not where we find joy. This dude is bent, skewed; hell, he is happy someone let him outside. The wind, the sky, the rain or the ranges- just happy to be invited. Take no moments lightly; they are all we have: feel, breathe, think and act.
Later, over a tasty beverage, we can dwell, ponder, reflect and react. Try to be
