We may only dream with vivid colours and abstract ideas to protect the visual cortex. The rest of our gob/noodle/neurons crowd out the bit that sees while we sleep. We still hear when we sleep, we still feel, touch, vibration and position hence when we slip in a dream we jolt awake and blur our body and our minds perception of happening. We may only dream to protect sight the more any beast uses vision the more dream sleep it has in the dark of night.

We started easy last week we let the ball work hard, we moved together like ripples on the pond out then contract. Easy 10-yard passes kept the ball moving and the game free. No drama (except a generous offside shout or two, a gentle nudge and their issues) kept the game moving our brains together to the prize. “Easy” and “No drama” = FLOW
Flow what I longed for watching the Waikato river week one. The stunning large lake, a calm (appearing) clear river and the torrent of Huka falls. The stones in the falls carved with round holes from churning water. The Flow of a river passes almost unseen. The dream like state of a hard game that disappears in and instant the effort almost forgettable for the pace, play and memory. The flow state is what authors, creators and player long for it almost consumes time and “it looks like fun”. The joy of a W is not a great as the banter about my 2 assists or the goals which could have. However flow is the part that makes the effort disappear. You lot pull together chatter, work off the ball, and make the 90 seem too short that’s the chase, the beauty of the voluntary attempt to overcome unnecessary obstacles.
Be the weather a torrent, a trickle, or a treat let the effort be easy, give no drama and let the game flow.
