Dude, humility disarms. What?
Humility yields cooperation is some eastern thing (or northern from here). Easy is a Plunderer thing, but embodiment of that idea. 1v5 may work “have it” MF master, but 3v5 easy, creates chances all day. There are lots of ins and outs, twist and turns. However, humility occasionally enforced by the whistle or a flash of red, builds resolve, takes stock, allows introspection and reminds us of the joy of flow. The dude tries to spectate but I would rather run.
Rankings, results and comparisons steal the joy from the beautiful game. Just a game, a voluntary attempt to overcome unnecessary obstacles, but it is more. Humility teaches us to cooperate. I am here for you lot to challenge, charge, and cheer. The collective struggle binds us by the effort and determination. The laughs, the cheers even the pithy humour that makes us.
This adversary is worthy (some other choice adjectives have been hurled as well) and we play our game, keep it simple, ball to feet, occasional sage pass and easy finish and aaa FFS there is desire again steeling from flow. In a week of turbulent weather and difficult news where my tiny crew of well trained, well paid servants of the people are lambasted by those who don’t want to tax non-productive assets to fix their problems they want to blame us for rationing instead of failing to build and maintain services and infrastructure. When you have a blight on your balls (nuggets, giggle berries, nether bits) you want a nugget expert not the cobbler to help you out, that isn’t free anyway I am working on my lines for the next round. Rant over, (probably isn’t) this isn’t the picket line this is a voluntary attempt to overcome unnecessary obstacles.
So I sip a bitter tonic, I am going to build a fire and watch real entropy; eat a hearty breakfast and enjoy a morning with the family. Now is the present consider it a gift and be there.
