Why am I trying to be something else? I was raised as an extractive raging capitalist f@$k I am “the man” the capital, the unseen villain in some stories. My formal training is as a healer I still do that steeped in science, math and Bayes’ Theorem. Luckily el presidente has already been blathering, maybe me going Wú Wú Wú might go unnoticed.
To sum up a 2,500 year old philosophy (Daoism) modernised by a 25 year old movie (The Big Lebowski, aka Dudeism) to a sentence.
Thinking gives me stress, so I stopped doing that. The Wú Wéi the path of ease.
The point is not to become a raging a-hole, “a nihilist”, a sociopath. The path is becoming unbothered, accepting or content a focused person. Be cool Dude, not cold. Take er easy.
I am off with my special lady friend and our progeny this weekend to celebrate three daughters birthdays. So enjoy the camaraderie the intrinsic struggle but take er easy.
