Dude, relive?
We can reflect on past moments breathing life into them. This power of our mind to relive joys is almost unbounded and allows us to learn. Being actively present “The FLOW state” combines Easy and No Drama, that is us. Make space defend together communicate easy passes. Like ripples on a pond.
