Dude, what are you on about Wú Wú Wú every week?
Man, things have come to light.
To summarise a 2,500-year-old strategy (Daoism), a 2,300-year-old philosophy Epicureanism modernised by a 25-year-old movie (The Big Lebowski, aka The Dude) to a sentence.
Thinking gives me stress, so I stopped doing that. The Wú Wéi is the path of ease.
The point is not to become a raging ahole, “a nihilist”, or a sociopath. The path is becoming unbothered, accepting or content as a focused person. Be cool Dude, not cold. Take er easy.
